My World as I See It


The Children's Arts Guild will be celebrating our 10th anniversary this June and we’re looking to feature some student artwork from the educators we’ve had the privilege of working with over the past decade. This digital exhibition “My World As I See It” will be featured as part of our 10th anniversary live event on June 12th and then it will open to the public.  

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking up to five pieces of artwork that demonstrates students' unique perspectives on their world. Depictions can be realistic or abstract therefore students may use subject, shape, color, use of materials, etc, to depict who they are as people and their personal point of view. 

* Please note that not all submissions are guaranteed to be featured. 


Submission Guidelines:

  • Pictures should be of high quality, bright/clear, and cropped. 

    • Size: Between 500 KB and 5 MB. 

    • Image resolution: Between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide 

    • For example, you can take a picture with your smartphone with good light, and send it at the highest resolution. 

  • All submissions must be accompanied by a consent form signed by the child’s guardians. 

  • All submissions must obscure your students' last name if it appears on the art piece.

Deadline:

Artwork must be submitted no later than May 21st
